Can Legato configure an IP addressed tape drive in unix?
Hi,
can someone tell me if legato can configure an IP addressed tape drive.
OS : Solaris 10
NW version : 7.5.1
The tape drives information is as below
192.168.120.11 T2K tape 1 – T10KTAPE1DR.corp.convatec.com Tape Drive
192.168.120.12 T2K tape 2 – T10KTAPE2DR.corp.convatec.com Tape Drive

Hi Karthik,
Normally, tape drives has IP address only for maintaining purposes (diagnostic, firmware upgrade, etc), and his "data transfer" interface is FC, SAS or SCSI. You don't need to configure this IP's under Networker environment.
