Can't label Tape on GUI show "Pool are in use" but can label on CLI

I use Jukebook SUN SL500

before I can label on GUI nomally until 2 week ago ,I can't label on GUI show pop up  message  "Pool are  in use"

I tested change to any pool but can't label  show pop-up meessage "pool are in use"

I tested use command line by nsrjb -L -b[pool] -S1-20 it work any pool

   Can you try labeling the pools again, but this time ensure that you are not highlighting any of the drives? Just go to the volume field in NMC -> Media -> Jukebox -> . Then try a label (Dont select any drives in the Label pop up either, leave it as automatic).
