Configuring LDAP on Networker Virtual Edition 9.1

I am attempting to add an external authority for LDAP but cannot seem to proceed past su root. Receiving a 401 authorization error when trying to perform authc_server tasks (add-tenant, etc). The 'administrator' credentials do not work (I know they are good because they work to log into console, so the appliance is configured correctly and software installed correctly).

Is anyone else having similar issues on Linux installs of Networker?
