EBS bootstrap fails to backup after fresh install
Hi
I am looking for the cause/solution to the following problem.
Its a fresh install of version 7.5.1.Build.269 using SUNW packages.
As far as I can work out the customer has installed the packages in the correct order and there were no problems with the installation, although it was done via jumpstart.
They say they have installed using this method many times successfully.
I am at a loss to explain what is causing the bootstrap part of the backup to fail as below
Can some one please help?
regards
Jethro

I do not know what you are doing but you refer to a
- 'fresh' installation
- of a 4 year old SW version
- where a new bootstrap backup attempt has a timestamp of 10/15/2012?
Don't you agree that there is something going completely wrong here ... ?
Let me suggest that you first de-install the software, ajust the OS (date and time) , re-install a compatible NW/EBS version before you start any new attempt.
