EMC Networker Can't detect medium changer in AIX 7.1

I would like to ask for your help to resolve the problem that I encountered when I was configuring NetWorker 7.6.3.4 with AIX 7.1. The problem is that NetWorker can’t detect the T-Finity library medium changer but its LTO tape drives while AIX 7.1 was seeing both medium changer and tape drives correctly. Please note that this is non IBM library so AIX can’t install medium changer device file for Spectra T-Finity library.

1. Followings are proving that AIX server seen the medium changer and all tape drives, ( AIX seen the medium changer at “scsi_id/lun_id = 0x610413/0x0”, tape drive rmt0 at scsi_id/lun_id = 0x610513/0x0, and tape drive rmt1 at “scsi_id/lun_id = 0x610613/0x0”)
