Error: Client 'Server A' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server

Hello,

I am with the following error to backup a particular server, following error below:

Savegrp: suppressed 2 lines of verbose output

Hello,

         Can you  Please  check and make sure  that following requirement are achieved

1) The Host file of the client machine  should have  the information of  IP address and host name  on the Networker server.

2)If DNS is  configured on the client machine , make sure the  the IP address and hostname of the  NetWorker server has been updated correctly.

3) Make sure all required  ports  for networker operation on the client side is opened  bidirectional.

4) In NMC, in the client property, make sure the alias information of the client is updated correctly and also  add the client IP in the alias list of the client .

Add SAOWS1902DRP to the alias list for the client you are trying to back up,and that will do the trick.
