Error While JBConfig in Networker 7.4.

Hello All,
We are using Networker 7.4 with TX24 S2 jukebox in Windows 2008 32 bit environmnet.
While doing jbconfig i got following error.

39074:jbconfig: Jukebox notice: Cannot load ntmsapi.dll
15814:jbconfig: Attempting to detect serial numbers on the jukebox and drives ..
15815:jbconfig: Will try to use SCSI information returned by jukebox to configur
e drives.

Jbconfig is running on host s4bckserver.bar.nsn.com (Windows Server 2008 6.0),

Jukebox description to the control port and model.
Autochanger control port to the port at which we found it.
Autocleaning off.
Barcode reading to on.

associated devices using the NetWorker Management Console.

Have you checked you have installed the up-to-date driver for the jukebox

Thanks for your response.
Yes. I checked all drives are up-to-date.

Any other pointer ?

ntmsapi.dll is part of Windows OS (Removable Storage Public Interfaces). This dll might be removed if removable storage is off (and in Win2k8 that's default). I believe there is no harm and you can ignore this message as whole process goes well after.
