Exchange DAG 2010 and Networker ver 9

Hello,

We are facing a problem where the Exchange DAG backup job stalls and does not progress, it stays at 0KB/s.

The job does not fail and keeps running endlessly with no results. (for 2 or 3 days)

We have done our tests as well on a fresh DB of around 20 MBs size , same symptoms.

NMC is not throwing any specific error.

We have created a validated the exchange admin user, Run the client wizard for federated backup and went by all the setup procedure for exchange.

We have  tested new DD devices (IP or FC) , run the config checker , checked the vssadmin list writters, etc...

Nothing is really pointing to the problem.

Knowing that file system backup is working fine for the same nodes and on the same devices.

Environment:

DD 2500 OS Version 5.7.2.x

NMC version  9.0.1.5

NMM version 9.0.1.5

Exchange DAG : version 2010 SP3 with 2 Mailbox nodes Windows 2008 R2

Has anyone faced such issue or can help in this matter.
