Exchange: Individual items recovery problem

Hello all,

I have a problem with an installation of NetWorker and the recovery of individual items (messages) from mailbox backup.
The problem is that when I browse the mailboxes I can see the folders but instead of mail messages inside them I see a folder named "All items" which I can mark for restore.

Any ideas?

Hello,

you should use -G switch in backup command and it will work (look on the link from previous mail...). I had similar problem and now it works OK.

Thank you, dpinink_silva but I have seen this topic from the first moment and it does not help. Everything seems to be OK but the problem still exists.

pgolob you were right!
It is not a problem but normal functionality. It has this behaviour in order to keep the index database small. The -G option reveals the items in the folders but it creates bigger index.
