Basically you need to install NMSAP and Networker Client on the HANA appliance.Copy the hdbbackint to /usr/sap/ /SYS/global/hdb/opt/. Edit the sap configuration using HANA interface for the relevant details such as- Enable backint on the SAP HANA interface for backup, schedule log backup and so

I'm using NMSAP 8.2SP1 to perform backups.  Admin guide, more or less, covers ok all the steps needed to configure it.
