Help - licensing issues
We have a server that the licenses expired.
It was our understanding that if we purchased the license they would not stop backing up -just no more maintenance and support.
Now everything is offline - including the library?
How can we get this backup an running?
All my licenses expired with exception of an exchange one and an upgrade one?
Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Hi John,
The License which you used in the past was a permanent license or the base enabler with a time line?
If this is a base enabler you have to get permanent one from the Licensing team ( licensing@emc.com)
Since all of your setup is not in working state, if you can open a case by chat/ phone, support would be able to provide you with the temp enablers which will allow you to run your backups until you get the new once from the licensing team.
If you have permanent licenses and you are facing issues with them, Please attach a screen shot of the error you are getting, Screenshot of the NMC-> Registration page and the output of the command "nsrlic"
Thank you

John,
As Mentioned by shiva, if your all license are expired, please contact EMC licensing team that is licensing@emc.com for all required licenses.once you receive the licenses try adding the licenses to your networker environment.
If you face any issue in running the backup once you have added the license ,please let us know .
