How to run a vmware protection policy only for failed clients from the last run using command line?

Recently I have been facing this issue of random vms protected by a policy fail .

In order to backup these failed clients I was looking for a way to run th epolicy just for the failed clients.

The Vsphere plugin for the EBR has an option to run the policy again -only for the out of date sources(the vms that the policy has failed to backup in the last scheduled run).

However when I start the policy this way, the Networker Management Console shows that the policy succeeded, but there were no vms protected by the policy.

Is there a way to do this using comand line, either from the Networker management server or from the EBR?
