100x,
I think you will find the info you need on Page 90 of 151 in the Hardware compatibility guide: -
TS3200 (3573) IBM LTO-4 (FC, SAS) or IBM LTO-4HH (SAS) as I believe the "L4U" stands for LTO 4 Ultrium.

100x,
I apologise - I now see your issue that the AIX column is not marked, I thought your issue was you could not find the entry for this due to the way it was referenced - sorry.
I will check later today to see if this is an omission within the Guide which we can get corrected of if there is a specific reason why it is not supported.

100x,
I have checked internally within EMC and have received the following comments back: -
The problem here is that the drive and library section in the HCG is not in-sync. If the drive is support on AIX and the library support the drive, then we should add the AIX OS in the library section too. I’ll make the necessary fix right now, but it won’t reflect the changes until the end of the month. Unless we re-publish the HCS again.
It is an oversight on our part which we will correct going forward, your environment is supported therefore you can continue as planned. Sorry for any confusion caused.
Regards,
Bill Mason

on windows it uses to be the removable storage service so try to disconnect/break connections to any other servers connected to the library/tape drives
checkout the
Configuring Tape Devices for EMC NetWorker
Technical Note
P/N 300-008-352
REV A05
but if it states medium magazine removed it could have been a person playing with your library
