Media Index corrupt Volume relabelling

I have constant problem with need for relabelling. It happens over and over again each morning:

1. reset the jb with nsrjb -HEv & nsrjb -IEvv
2. run nsrim -X & nsrck -L6

Then when Right click slot & inventory -> On the Bottom of the window -> there is a option of Force load & inventory label and that for each volume where barcode does not correspond volume.

And each morning same thing. 1 or 2 volumes are with label.
Is there anything else I can do?

I have adic scalar 24 with two tape drives. Networker 7.4 windows 2003. It seems to me that problems arise when two tapes are in use?

Is there any way that I can recover jukebox media index?
