Meditech Module ERROR

Hi

We are doing backups of a meditech system.

We have setup the meditech proxy server and have setup the coherency groups. we have exposed the luns to the proxy server.

But we get the below error when the backup runs. In the recover point device we see that the meditech module connect to the device but it errors out with Could not Execute ENABLE IMAGE ACCESS on to RecoverPoint Properly Command usage error

This is the message i get on the networker server.
