Minimum system requirements for performing a SQL database restore
Hello ,
Is there a document that suggest minimum system requirements to perform a restore with Networker version 8.2.2.2 .
We are trying to perform a SQL database restore .
Thanks and regards,
Alex

Alex,
you might want to move your question to Networker section of DECN, this is PowerPath.

There are no extra restore requirements.

If your backup starts, so it should your restore. Ofc, SQL is known to sometimes eat up all memory, but if you feel this is giving you a problem you can always limit it. I never checked how much memory I had when running restore so I can't see if there is minimum requirement, but since all is done using SQL API, the answer itself really would need to come from MS.

Well, That Backup itself talks about the system requirements, and there is nothing extra for restore on top of the backup requirement.
only the additional requirements would be the extra storage space to hold the restore data if you are not over writing the actual path / original data on the server.
Thanks
