NW 8.2+ Hyper-V 2012R2: Backup error: nsrsnap_vss_save slave job failure
Hi ,
I am working in the env like this:
NW 8.2 with NMM, Hyper-V 2012R2 , CSV , 4 nodes (infra01,02,03,04).
I configured CSV client with APPLICATION saveset for a VM on infra03 and put it in a group. Put *@* in remote access field. When running backup, there was error " nsrsnap_vss_save: A slave job failure has been identied. Atop all slave jobs ...." ( See full message below). It tells to check NMM.raw. But I can't find NMM.raw on any of 4 nodes.
Can anyone help ?

Anything more in NMM raw file and even log?

As I indicated in the original message, I couldn't find NMM.raw file on any node.
I saw snap.raw and daemon.raw in C:\"Program Files"\"EMC Networker"\nsr\logs on a node. No related info can be seen.
Does NMM.raw suppose to be there ? If no NMM.raw does not exist, does it mean it hasn't come to the stage that NMM runs ?

Can you please attach the nmm.raw files from the Hyper-V nodes to take a look?
The file is located under:
C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\applogs (change the drive letter if you installed NetWorker on another drive).

Just got it works. The issue was caused by duplicate clients.
