NW Migrate from Unix to Linux problem

Just successfully migrated NW 7.5.4 from Unix to Linux using bootstrap recover (upgrade to 8.x is planned soon)

There is just one problem, licenses.

We had EMC licensing do a platform transfer on the enabler codes.

The new base enabler is WIN/LIN, but when we try to enter it we get: "Enabler type is for a different platform"

If I enter a Unix temp code it gets accepted.

So it seems the installation on RHEL thinks it still is on Unix.

Any sugestions ?
