NW7.6 support Windows 2008 R2 client offline recovery?
My backup environment is as follows:
Server : Windows 2003 R2 Standard SP2 (32-bit) running Networker Server 7.6
Client : Windows 2008 R2 Standard SP1 running Networker Client 7.6.2
I would like to perform a backup and recovery test.
I have checked the Disastery Recovery saveset when creating backup client.
I would like to clarify whether I can use Networker 7.6.2 windows recovery CD to perform this client offine recovery or not.

Hi,
Yes, you should be able to.
Meanwhile, please also refer to Page 595 “Support for Windows 2008 / 2008 R2/ Windows 7 Disaster Recovery” in NetWorker 7.6 Service Pack 2 Administration Guide.
