Networker 8.1.1 NMM granular AD backup.
Does this version of networker backup the application partition that contains AD integrated DNS?

Does this version of networker backup the application partition that contains AD integrated DNS?

First of all, I assume you are referring to NMM 3.0 SP1.
NMM performs only Granular Level backup of AD, supporting the following objects:
Users
Groups
Organizational units
Computer
Contact
InetOrgPerson
Shared folder
MSMQ queue alias
So the answer would be NO.
To perform DR type of AD, I would recommend you to take a look at the NetWorker Administrator Guide, the sections:
Backing Up and Restoring a Microsoft DFS (In case you use DFS, and see the especial saveset for DFS)
Additional Features of the Microsoft Windows Server - Active Directory
