Networker 8.2 NMDA for Oracle - duplicate database without Target and recovery catalog
Hi,
Can someone please let me know how to duplicate a database without Target database and recovery catalog?
I have been able recover TARGET database when datafile is lost and able duplicate the database with TARGET database up.
Another question is how do you pick a particular saveset for creating a duplicate?

Thanks for responding. I have figured this out. The CONTROLFILE is backed up at the end. I did a restore of the controlfile from the backup piece first.
