Problemas respaldando hyper-v con networker
Buenas tardes. Estoy tratando de respaldar unas maquinas virtuales con windows 2012 en networker 8.2.1, al realizar el respaldo me genera el siguiente error

¿Podrías por favor darme más información acerca del entorno Hyper-V?
- Versión de Hyper-V
- ¿Es un clúster? Si lo es, ¿Estamos hablando de CSV CSV?
- Versión del servidor de NetWorker
Si es posible por favor adjunta el siguiente log del cliente (si es un Hyper-V stand-alone) o clientes Hyper-V (Si es un entorno de clúster).

Hola Carlos respondo tus preguntas
- Versión de Hyper-V 6.3
- Si es un cluster aunque he intentado realizar el respaldo de las maquinas virtuales tanto en el nodo del cluster como en el nodo fisico y de ambas formas falla
- Version de networker 8.2
- Version NMM 8.2
- El log que solicitaste lo anexe a este post
Un dato que te puede orientar es que al ejecutar el comando nsrnsap_vss_save.exe no devuelve ninguna maquina virtual creada. Anexo ese print screen tambien.

Hola de nuevo,
Este es el mensaje de error que he visto:
No -A parameters were specified.
Ensure that 'Snapshot' is selected in Group entry in NMC.
Lo que significa que el grupo no está configurado bien, has de abrir las propiedades del grupo y seleccionar "snapshot backup" y seleccionar el pool que quieras utilizar justo debajo de esta opción.
Por otro lado, para visualizar los savesets para Hyper-V en entornos de cluster has de ejecutar el siguiente comando:
nsrsnap_vss_save -s NW_SERVER_NAME -?
Donde NW_SERVER_NAME es el nombre de tu servidor de NetWorker.

En el grupo se encuentra tildado perfectamente snapshot con su snapshot policy y su pool y sigue fallando el backup. Te anexo esa imagen.

Hola,
Es extraño que aparezca ese mensaje entonces.
Podrías por favor renombrar el nmm.raw en todos los nodos de Hyper-V y adjuntar la nueva copia una vez hayas lanzado otro backup para que me sea más fácil analizar los logs?

Aca anexo 4 logs, un respaldo se realizo desde el nodo del cluster (zz-flo-hvp110) y los demás se trataron de hacer desde los nodos fisicos e igual fallaron.
Vale la pena resaltar que cuando se trata de hacer un respaldo de una maquina virtual especifica desde un nodo fisico falla, cuando se coloca solo el save set APPLICATIONS:\Microsoft Hyper-V para hacer respaldo de todas las maquinas virtuales el mismo culmina satisfactorio por networker pero no respalda ninguna maquina virtual, solo respalda unos cuantos KB.

Veo que los clientes fallan porque no tienen ningún componente que salvar, por lo que deduzco que no hay ninguna VM stand-alone, y por eso falla.
Para el Cluster este es el mensaje de error:
specify flag NSR_FEDERATED_BACKUP=yes in client resource because the client specified is a virtual cluster server.
Lo que indica que el cliente no está configurado correctamente.
¿Podrías por favor adjuntar pantallazos de la configuración de los clientes, la pestaña "Apps & Modules"?
Por otro lado, ¿Ejecutaste el comando que te envié? Por favor ejecútalo y adjunta la salida:
nsrsnap_vss_save -s NW_SERVER_NAME -?
Donde NW_SERVER_NAME es el nombre de tu servidor de NetWorker

De hecho sí, el problema es que el cliente (para el Clúster) no está bien configurado.
¿Has probado usar el "Client Wizard" para crear ese cliente?
Por favor prueba el client wizard y eso debería configurar el cliente para el clúster correctamente.
Por otro lado, deberás marcar la opción de "Data Domain" backup en todos los clientes si usas como dispositivo de backup Data Domain.

Carlos, todos esos clientes que estas viendo configurados alli han sido configurados con el wizard, y los datos no se estan enviando hacia el data domain si no a una libreria de cintas.
