Remote Access list error after Solaris upgrade
Hello,
We've upgrade a sparc system from Solaris 9 to 10.
The server software is Networker 7.3.1
I'm trying to restore data directories from a saveset:
recover -f -s XXXXX -S 619308731
I get this message:
Cannot start session with server XXXXX: User root on computer CCCCC is not on XXXXX.YYYY.ZZZ's remote access list.
The IP address for the upgraded system is the same as before. The systems are in each other's /etc/hosts file.
I'm not sure how to get my client back into my server's remote access list.
Thanks.

When you did a upgrade did you change the names too? Because ssid 619308731 belongs to XXXXX.YYYY.ZZZ and you are trying to run restore from CCCCC. If those are the same update the alias list of the client. If not update remote access for client XXXXX.YYYY.ZZZ with root@CCCCC in backup config of the data owner client.
