Some servers trying to backup to tape instead of DD
Hi,
We use tape backups for weekly clones, however we have recently resorted the backups and now its asking for some tapes to continue the backup, however it should just be going straight to the DD.
Can someone suggest somewhere to check please?

Hi Dirk,
Start by checking your pool configuration. Is the data going to the correct pool or not? If not, check the pool properties to see what selection criteria are there. Also, check the storage node field in the client properties to be sure that this is going to the correct storage node.

Do you have Tapes drives and DD devices assigned to a common pool ?
