Unable to browse a mailbox folder in GLR
Unable to bowse mailbox folder on mounted virtual drive during GLR of Exchange Application 2010, using NMM 2.4.1, networker server 8.0.1.1, OS at client and server are 2008 R2. Error - "Error getting item list Error bwosinf folders - failed to fetch mailbox items"

Hi All,
The problem here was with privileges of account which was used to recover. It did not have Exchange Organization Management Security group privileges

NMM 2.4 has this problem: Unable to browse very large mailboxes after recovering mailbox store to RDB. Fix number: NW131820. This problem should be fixed in NMM 2.4 SP1 or with NW131820 installed.
Please confirm whether you have 2.4 SP1 installed or 2.4.

Then you may need to check more detailed errors in daemon.raw and logs under nsr/applog.

Hi,
What do you see in the monitor window of NMM GUI?
Have you checked nmm.raw?
Have you checked the Application and System event logs in Event Viewer?

Also, how many elements there are within that MB?
How many AD groups that user belongs to?
