Are you using VBA based backups or VADP ? if it's VBA, what is the status of the VBA in the NetWorker GUI ? try to run the backup from the vCenter Plug-In of VBA.

No one can help you fix this without providing some basic information. Please tell us what does happen, what messages you get from the group output, what errors (if any) you get on the system itself....
What you're asking right now is akin to "my car doesn't work. Tell me how to fix it". No one can help you with that statement.
