migrating EMC networker application to different server
We have a Networker server 9.0.x that is Networker server and VCenter in the same server.
We need to migrate the Networker server to a New Hardware.
IMP : - Host Name and IP address will we different.
I need help to plan this migration.

This is one of the worst scenario one may think of.
You must migrate NW to another server with the same hostname and then rename it later or vice-versa.
So you better get support involved to discuss the best method.
