Licenses are issue for Clients, Modules and Client packs.
If you are using NW 7.4 then you only have Clients licenses.
Where/How did you enter/enable your licenses?
Do you have a seperate license server?
Where are you running nsrlic?
What do you actually get when you run nsrlic? Post your result.

and this is what i get now
i have the licenses on the server itself in the registrations section defined. everyhting works fine only the licenses are not displayed by the nsrlic command...
the first output is from 21 days ago. the version has not changed (7.4.2) i only made one thing - changed the license from Power to Network edition. Maybe this can explain it?

the problem was that i got some corrupted licenses in the databases. it could be seen in daemon.log just after starting the backup server services
