storage vmotion failed - the method is disabled by EMC Avamar VM backup proxy
Anyone has resolution or can shed light on subject line matter?
NetWorker VBA configured to backup VMs, and the VM completed backup successful, the lock should released but still in place.

VMware support engineer direct customer for resolution from EMC.

Sounds like following:
VMware KB: Storage vMotion migration fails with the error: The method is disabled by 'SYMC-INCR dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm'

The knowledge base article : NetWorker EBR: Hotfix Release 192493 discusses this:
" Bug 60499 - esc 7345:HOTFIX:Hermosa SP1 proxy are NOT clearing stale migration reservation"
It may be worthwhile installing the hotfix mentionned in the knowledge base article.
