1 or 2 stacking cables for 2 x N3024 Switches?

Hi All,

We've have acquired 2 x Dell N3024 switches for our business. We currently have one stacking cable to interconnect the two switches. This seems to work e.g. shows up switch 2 in the OpenManage GUI.

However, all documentation and videos from Dell demonstrate installing two stacking cables into each port on both switches. Sources here:

I was under the assumption that the other spare port is for stacking more switches together.

Can this be confirmed?
