2 6248's with IP routing on??

Hi, So I have 2 6248 switches with a 10Gbe link between them. I have a few vlans setup that can all talk to eachother. I want to be able to manage both switches (I can't stack them) so I have to have IP Routing turned on on both so I can access both from Vlan10.

Is this the best way to do this? Is it going to cause any problems having IP Routing turned on on both switches?
