2 Wired ISP, 1 Dell Powerconnect 6248

Was wondering what I need to do to connect 2 separate wired ISP to my Powerconnect 6248.  I know they both can't run to increase my speed, but need one to be the main, and the other to be the backup in case the main goes down.  I have co-workers that VPN after hours in and our internet goes down once in a while so I need this to be done automatically...any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

I'm not sure if the 6248 can do what you are wanting.  I have 2 solutions... first, have 2 public dns entries... for instance vpn.company.com and vpn2.company.com.  if one is not working, your users can select the other one.  the second solution would be to use bgp with your 2 providers to manipulate internet route selection.

Yeah, it wouldn't do it.  I did however get it to work using a Sonicwall Firewall.  The Sonicwall rocks!!!!
