Best way to connect other vendor switches to power-connect.

Hello, we have two powerconnect 6248 switches as our main switches in a stack.

We would like to connect our client switches on each floor to the stack.

What would i use to configure the stack of Nortels to communicate to the stack of the Dells? These nortels do not have 1000 gig links just 10/100
