Can't make serial connection to my 3448's

I can't seem to make a serial connection to the console on any of my 3448's for some reason. I can to my 3348's with the same configuration. Is it even possible to not be able to use the console serial connection?

Using 9600 8-N-1 to connect via hyper-terminal.
