Cannot access Dell Power connect 3348 through serial port as I should
Hi,
My first time dealing with Power Connect as I have mostly dealt with Cisco switches. I am trying to get to the boot special menu through the serial connection. I am connected through what I use with Cisco serial cable console cable: 9600, 8, N. I see the start up fine but as I hit ESC or return no action other than the switch continues to boot and then stuck with the following message:

Hi,
Are you able to access the switch through SSH or another method? You have the connection settings as bits per second 9600, data bits 8, parity none, stop bits 1 and no flow control?
