Dell EMC S5224F can't access remotely via management port

Hello ,

Facing issue with management port on Dell EMC S5224F . I put an IP 10.70.152.51/24 to management port  and the port is connected with another cisco management switch. I put default route 0.0.0.0/0 with gateway IP 10.70.152.254/24. but I can't get ping to my management port with other network (10.11.82.0/29) that management cisco switch.
