For copper interfaces, use swIfSpeedAdminMode (.1.3.6.1.4.89.43.1.1.15) to set the speed. You must first turn off auto-negotiation on the interface using swIfSpeedDuplexAutoNegotiation (.1.3.6.1.4.1.89.43.1.1.16). However on SFP fiber optic interfaces you will need to use swIfExtSFPSpeed (.1.3.6.1.4.1.89.43.7.1.1) to configure the speed. You should also be able to find other port speed related values by searching "speed" in the RADLAN-rlInterfaces MIB.
The ifSpeed OID (.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.5) is still valid and you can use it to check your settings.
