Dell W-7010 Controller Licensing
Hi,
I have a W-7010 controller and some W-AP135 access points.
Configured the controller, plugged in the access points but they will not activate their radios.
Looking at the controller it's clear that license keys are required to activate the AP's. The unit currently has no licenses.
The controller directs me to a Dell website "licensing.dell_pcw.com" but to create an account it's asking for a "Certificate ID" I guess this is obtained from the licence.
Question is, where do I get the license? Tried the usual google search to no avail.
Hopefully somebody here can kindly point me in the right direction. :)
Cheers

Hi,
You should be able to request a certificate from this page https://licensing.dell-pcw.com/RetrieveMyCertificates.aspx

Hi Josh,
Thanks for the reply. I'm still stuck unfortunately. ( The link asks for an order number. )
Apologies if I wasn't clear in my original post. I need to purchase a license for this unit. Can you point me in the right direction to a sales channel?
Cheers
Dave
