Using Logitech receiver with Dell wireless keyboard and mouse?

Will the Logitech C-U0007 receiver work with my Dell wireless Keyboard Model: AQ6-7D40  RT7D040 and my Dell Wireless Mouse DPN: OTO759    M/N: M-RAC678
and do you recommend this?

Not likely.

My experience with the Dell wireless combos is that they are matched sets. In fact, there appears to be several radio frequencies (so even the Dell pieces have to stay together).

In general, they only way to get this inter-operability, it to use Bluetooth devices. But even then, they can usually only be paired to one computer or device at a time.

No, you need the receiver that comes with the Dell KB and Mouse. The Logitech one is for their products. The description says this--

Unifying receiver for mouse and keyboard works with any Logitech product that display the Unifying Logo (orange star, connects up to 6 devices) For Logitech
