Dell X1026 won't boot and no console output

Hi,

We have got a Dell X1026 which won't boot. When I turn it on, the activity led is blinking green and that's about it. When I connect a console I don't see anything, just a blank screen.

I've tried resetting it. The strange thing is, is that holding the reset pin for >7 seconds doesn't do anything, the only thing which gives some reaction on the led is when I briefly hold the reset pin, the link flashes blue for one time and after that the activity led keeps on flashing green.

Is this switch bricked or can I try something else?
