Flapping Link on Dell S4048 Switch

Hello All,

I have two Dell S4048 Switches used as an Aggregate Switches and they are connected to my two Core Switches S6010. VLT was used as VSS for the Switches and port-channel was used to aggregate the Switchports and produce high availability. But I am having a Poor connectivity to the internet issue. I noticed flapping link logging and I suspect that it could be the cause because all the fiber links between the aggregate and the core were all recently down and after restarting the aggregate switch, i noticed that the connectivity speed had improved significantly. The Poor connectivity issue resurfaced and when i checked the logs, it shows that there are one Switchports on each aggregate switches that flapping. The log on one of the switches is as follows:
