How to tell how long a switchport has been inactive?

We have N-series switches running firmware 6.2.1.6 and 6.2.7.2.

All ports are occupied.  All ports have a configuration. I would like to be able to tell if some of these ports are not actively used.

This is in an environment that has 3 work shifts, and I work normal office hours.  During the day, there are a few switchports where the Link state is down, but I do not know how to tell if they may be used during one of the other shifts.

Is there an easy way to tell if one of these ports isn't being used or hasn't been used in the last week or so?
