Not sure what your really asking but maybe your battery is taost and you need a new one?

First, you posted in the wrong forum.
Second, it is a laptop as in PC that sits on your lap and not on a desk like a desktop
Third, try removing the battery as suggested.
Fourth, make sure the AC adapter is connected to an outlet that has power and is not turned off from a wall switch.
