Powerconnect 5448 will not TFTP

I had a problem that I just resolved yesterday involving the management access-list and SNMP...I seem to have that resolved but have now discovered an issue with Spiceworks not being able to backup the configs with TFTP. (I am permitting all for the list...but TFTP is not included in the options)

Manually logging in via telnet gives:

console# copy running-config t192.168.1.35/startup-config.txt
06-Mar-2015 10:27:36 %COPY-I-FILECPY: Files Copy - source URL running-config destination URL t192.168.1.35/startup-config.txt
.06-Mar-2015 10:27:37 %TFTP-C-OPEN: No free UDP port
06-Mar-2015 10:27:37 %COPY-W-TRAP: The copy operation has failed

Copy: Can't open TFTP client

I can transfer a file manually from a Windows TFTP client with no issue, so there does not appear to be any firewall blocking.

Any ideas?

Resolved!  I was on firmware version 2.0.0.35.  Apparently there was some kind of known issue where if TFTP fails for something like 100 times it just totally locks up and will not start.  Had to power cycle to reset that issue.  (At that point, the TFTP client *would* start and do a copy)  Once I had TFTP back up and working I took the opportunity to upgrade to 2.0.0.46.  All *seems* well now...

192.168.1.35 is the box with Spiceworks on it? Does the transfer fail only when trying to copy to the Spiceworks box? Or does the switch transfer properly to a different location? You might check firewall and anti virus to be sure that port 69 is allowed in and out.
