Recover Admin Password on 54XX without resetting to factory default.
I have console access to a 5448, but the person who setup the switch is no longer with the company so there is no access via the web UI. Is there a way to change the password without having to reset the switch to factory default?

Since you have console access you should be able to find the username they were using in your running config. You can remove that user and create the same user with a new password with the commands...
#show run (if you need to find the username, xxxx)
(config)#no username xxxx
(config)#username xxxx password yyyyyyyy level 15

Same problem here but I have a username and password required to get to the cli WITH the console connected...
