Hi Joey,
There are total 4 switch modules and I tried the hard reset already and it works.
Unit Module No Status Module Type Ports
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 1 online S6100-MOD-16xETH40-F 16
1 2 online S6100-MOD-16xETH40-F 16
1 3 online S6100-MOD-16xETH40-F 16
1 4 online S6100-MOD-16xETH40-F 16
only the issue occurs when I run the reload from switch.
Not able to attach show-tech here, as of now the modules are up after hard reset.

If your switches have a valid support contract please raise a ticket with Dell Networking Support.
