dell dock wd 19 not connecting display to attached monitor

Hello I have a Dell Latitude 7480 laptop, a Dell docking station WD 19, and two brand new Dell p 2319h Monitors. 

I am using the input source source DP on monitors with DP cables. The display from the laptop will not display on the monitors. The keyboard, mouse, ethernet connection all work. I can even see the monitors connections from my laptop in the display settings menu. It will not connect with video. I have called dell support and even they didnt now what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
