You can arrive at a redundant topology in a number of ways. Pure L3 (routing with OSPF,BGP,etc), Pure L2 (spanning tree), or other methods like VLT / stacking (although at this point I'd avoid stacking anywhere but in an access closet)

There's really not enough information for us to guide you further with this. It would be helpful to know some details about how the current environment is set up.

i have three access switch (N1524) connected to a core switch (S4128f-on) where many vlans are created (switches ,users , VMs ,etc .....) . In other way , all network path are through this core switch , so i want to have a redundant switch in case of problems ,

I second what Josh said.  If you need L2 down to the N series switches, then I would set up (2) S4128 switches in VLT, then connect them to each N-series switch with a port channel with LACP, trunking the necessary VLANs.  This is your best bet.
