n4064 switch reset button?
Hi,
might be a stupid question, but according to the
"User’s Configuration Guide Version 6.3.0.0 and Later"
there should be a reset button on the front panel, but there is none -
at least nothing that looks like a pinhole or something similar.
Since the web interface is not responding anymore, I want to reboot the switch.
Should I just remove the two power cables? Will the switch boot automatically then?
Any help is highly appreciated,
Thank you,
Henrik

Page 120 of the user guide has a picture of what the reset button will look like. The location can change from the different models of N4000 switches, but this will give you an idea of what to look for.

Sometimes when the web gui locks up, the CLI will still be available. You may want to try a telnet/SSH session, or console session. If you have access to the CLI, issue the command reload.
If none of this works, then remove power, wait a brief moment and then reapply power. The switch should then boot up to the startup configuration.
