powerconnect 6248 jumbo frames

Question

Hello:

We had a stack of three powerconnects 6248 connected to form a single managed rack unit (identied as unit #1, #2 and #3 when u login to console).Unit #3 was configured for jumbo frames for all GE/10GE ports when all three were mounted/bundled together.

I have taken one of the three 6248s out, and would like to use this 6248 as a single standalone switch. Even though, I had configured all ports of this 6248 to support jumbo frames, I'm unable to pass traffic >1500B via this 6248 when operating it as a single standalone switch...

It appears that the jumbo frame setting got erased or something when this 6248 was removed from the stack of three 6248s...

Can someone please let me know how can I verify (or re-configure) if the jumbo frames are supported on this standalone 6248.

Would it save the configuration automatically (for power cycles) or do I need to explicity save the config (so that it remembers across reboots)?
